Follow-through


So, we’ve all worked to produce the most comprehensive and compelling explanation of the problems, and how they have affected the project.

It’s got magnetic content – it’s organized, compelling, relevant, chunky, readable and concise.

Then what ?

Well, the job certainly isn’t finished just because the Employer has the Claim document.

No, he has to be educated - explanations have to be provided, facts evidenced and ambiguities clarified.

We have to pro-actively help the Employer overcome his natural resistance.

Our job isn’t over until the problem is completely resolved.
